Productivity Manager

We are seeking a Productivity Manager to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for driving measurable improvements in engineering productivity through the harmonization of internal platforms and streamlined processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business or technical fields, with experience in a global enterprise software company. You should be able to quickly learn and adapt to new tools, with a focus on understanding how to implement them in ways that are easy and effective for developers to use.

About the Role
  • Evaluate, standardize, and support the rollout of internal and third-party tools that enhance developer productivity.
  • Collaborate with various teams across the organization to define and implement scalable solutions that support product standards and operational excellence.
  • Design and implement standardized processes across Application Foundation to ensure consistency, compliance, and scalability in engineering practices.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to engineering productivity, tool adoption, and process efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field from an accredited college or university.
  • Professional experience in a global enterprise software company.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives and facilitating the adoption of new tools and practices.
