Job Title: Business Partnering Expert

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to fill the role of Business Partnering Expert.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and supporting business partners, driving organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management. This is a vital position within our organization, and we require someone who can make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders by providing guidance on organizational development, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and programs.
  • Design, coordinate, and deliver leadership development initiatives.
  • Provide expert support and coaching to managers and directors on complex HR issues.
  • Foster a high-performance culture by advising leadership teams on best practices related to change management, employee relations, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Human Resources management positions.
  • Strong experience in companies with a robust Compliance program and a matrix environment.
  • Experience working with Centers of Excellence (COE) or Shared Services Centers (CSC).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
