Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy that aligns with organizational goals
- Strengthen relationships with key partners to facilitate growth and smooth operations
- Build a high-performing team and foster harmonious relationships with stakeholders
Requirements:
- 15+ years of professional experience, at least 5 as Country GM-level
- 10+ years in B2C industry, ideally MVNOs, start-ups, e-commerce, or related industries
- Established operational experience in managing a P&L and leading sales & marketing organizations
