
Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented professional to support our Central Operations team in their day-to-day tasks. This role will be instrumental in driving growth and efficiency across our US Operations markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule furnishing and onboarding tasks for new units, ensuring timely execution and seamless integration.
- Analyze data to create detailed reports for leadership, providing insights into trends, patterns, and predictions.
- Standardize processes across markets to enhance timeliness and execution.
- Audit and improve data metrics for guests and internal teams.
- Manage utility and telecommunication setups for new units, including creating online portals and setting up payments.
- Cancel utility and telecommunication accounts for move-outs.
- Collaborate with operational team members to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements.
- Communicate with third-party vendors to support OPS/CX operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree from a top-tier university
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative role
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
