We're seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our sales and marketing teams with accurate, well-organized data.
">You'll work with Excel and ZoomInfo to gather, clean, and manage lead information, ensuring our teams have the insights they need to succeed. This role is critical in helping us optimize our lead lists and data processes for better sales outreach.
">- Lead Sourcing: Source and update contact and company information using ZoomInfo to ensure we have the most up-to-date information.
- Dataset Management: Organize and maintain large datasets in Excel to provide actionable insights to our sales team.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across internal systems by maintaining strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Spreadsheets and Reports: Prepare spreadsheets and reports to support sales outreach efforts, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to optimize lead lists and data processes, driving continuous improvement and efficiency gains.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
">- Microsoft Excel Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, sorting/filtering, pivot tables a plus) to effectively analyze and present data.
- ZoomInfo Experience: Experience using ZoomInfo for lead sourcing or research to efficiently identify and qualify leads.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and data accuracy to maintain high-quality data across all systems.
- Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
