Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Management Professional to join our team in Inventory Control and Quality Assurance. As an Area Manager, you will lead and supervise a team of hourly associates in Inventory Control/Quality Assurance operations within the Fulfillment Center.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Work experience in inventory control and quality assurance, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Possess excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean methodology techniques
