We are seeking a skilled professional to establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers on behalf of the company, taking full responsibility for each assigned account.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective customer engagement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and control sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to identify opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing strategic plans to drive growth and expansion
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • English intermediary level
  • Spanish advanced level (mandatory) - support Chile Customer
  • +3 years of experience in Customer Service or Sales
  • Proven track record of success in customer management and sales
  • Knowledge of business processes and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
