Job Opportunity:

 

We are seeking a Sales Administration Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, taking ownership of each assigned customer account.

 

The ideal candidate will ensure that all customer needs are met while aligning with the company's vision and mission. Strong communication skills, tact, sensitivity, and professionalism are required, as there will be daily interaction with customers and direct influence on their satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order Management: Oversee the management and control of sales orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and resolution of any issues that may arise.
  • Analysis and Planning: Collaborate with the planning team to analyze backorder items, contribute to their management, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other departments, including Fulfillment, Logistics, Finance, and Production, to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to internal rules, policies, and procedures, promoting a culture of compliance and risk management.
  • Commission Registration and Pricing: Accurately register commissions and manage prices and discounts, ensuring transparency and fairness in business transactions.
  • Forecasting and Key Account Management: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for Key Accounts, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Representative Support: Provide assistance to representatives, distributors, and salesmen, addressing their concerns and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes, resolving problems related to customer requirements and internal operations.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency.
  • Advanced Spanish skills (mandatory) for supporting Argentina' Customer.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
  • Knowledge of business processes and systems, including SAP or similar platforms and CRM systems.
