Sales Support Assistant

- Support sales teams in multi-therapy environments.
- Provide information related to public bids.
- Monitor orders and shipments.
- Insert consignment replenishment and invoicing data into the system.
- Send documentation and invoices to clients.
- Track the issuance of correction letters and negative certificates.
- Follow up on new client registrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:- Support sales teams in multi-therapy environments.
- Provide information related to public bids.
- Monitor orders and shipments.
- Insert consignment replenishment and invoicing data into the system.
- Send documentation and invoices to clients.
- Track the issuance of correction letters and negative certificates.
- Follow up on new client registrations.
- Pursuing an Administration degree, preferably in the 2nd or 3rd year.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in dynamic environments.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, from 9am to 4pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
