Business Operations Assistant Role

Job Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage sales orders, interact with various departments, and provide customer support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in customer-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales orders from initial request to completion
  • Provide assistance to clients via telephone and CRM system
