**About the Role**

Uber for Business is growing fast, and we are looking for a strong Business Development Representative to drive our business forward at this exciting time. Reporting into the Sales team of Uber for Business, you'll work closely with Account Executives and Sales Operations to expand our products through the region acquiring customers from all industries.

We are searching for a highly motivated and extremely disciplined BDR, who thrives in a team environment and is a natural day to day achiever. Our suite of products has considerably grown in recent years, so we're looking for an all rounder with the ability to prospect and sell holistically across any organization with passion, grit and hustle.

- Be responsible for generating pipeline through outbound prospecting.
- Build territory plans based on geography, industry, size, etc.
- Identify new business opportunities, prospect the right decision makers.
- Be responsible for scheduling discovery calls to qualify the prospect.
- Meet or exceed all assigned activity and pipeline creation targets.
- Bring a new way to prospecting and acquisition, with a customer-focused mentality.
- Work with the Account Executives and Sales Managers within your region to develop and iterate on a prioritization model, operational infrastructure, and internal tools and processes.

**Basic Qualifications**
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience
- A history of consistently exceeding critical metrics and activity targets
- Extremely disciplined and goal oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to acquire the vital information from the prospect, while also ensuring a mutually helpful conversation
- To be driven and passionate about a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent organization, project management, time-management skills, and ability to take initiative

**Bonus Point if**
- Proficient use of SFDC and Sales Navigator
- Sales experience with Enterprise Organizations, in SaaS environment
- Experience on B2B prospecting and lead generation
- Experience on B2B account implementation and account management
