About Our Culture

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days of in-office presence per week. For foreign candidates, remote work is an option.

Role Overview:

  • Manage support tickets efficiently
  • Conduct pre-sales and post-sales consultations
  • Perform technical product demonstrations
  • Collaborate on technical documentation and write insightful tech posts
  • Work with sales and development teams to address customer needs
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs
  • Contribute to maintaining code quality, organization, and automation
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and capacity to learn, support, and educate on QriarLabs' products.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required. Experience with cloud services, containerization technologies like Docker, and knowledge of SCIM protocol and identity management systems are preferred qualifications.
