About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Product Lead to spearhead the development and evolution of our flagship product. This role combines strategic acumen, analytical expertise, and technical proficiency to ensure seamless reconciliation solutions that drive commercial success.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, defining strategy, and collaborating closely with technology, sales, and leadership teams to design tailored solutions for our clients. Your primary objectives will include:

  • Product Strategy & Development: Define and execute the reconciliation product strategy, encompassing pricing, positioning, and competitive differentiation.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key clients, identifying their needs, proposing bespoke solutions, and negotiating commercial terms.
  • Internal Alignment: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Leadership) to ensure alignment on product vision, priorities, and roadmap.
  • Commercial Acumen: Participate in high-level commercial discussions, understanding client pain points and translating them into actionable product value.
  • Product Backlog Management: Own the product backlog, creating PRDs, leading intake meetings, sprint planning, daily standups, and status updates.
  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with the tech team to ensure high-quality deliverables, estimate efforts, prioritize development, and focus on business value.
  • Reconciliation Pipeline Oversight: Oversee the technical execution of the reconciliation pipeline, including data transformation, SFTP/API/S3 flows, monitoring, and reporting.
  • User-Centered Approach: Collaborate with design to ensure usability, smooth navigation, and alignment with our design system.
  • Analytics & Insights: Leverage analytics tools (SQL, Snowflake, Metabase) to identify improvement opportunities, understand discrepancies, and validate hypotheses.
