Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead our operational team and drive performance excellence. This role is responsible for overseeing production, logistics, and supply chain management while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals, collaborate with leadership to set operational objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Production Optimization: Oversee manufacturing processes for storage products, identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners, develop strategies to minimize costs and reduce lead times.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications, implement quality management systems and continuous improvement processes.
  • Inventory Control: Optimize inventory levels to balance cost control with product availability, develop forecasting models to anticipate inventory needs.
  • Team Development: Manage operations staff including production, logistics, and warehouse teams, provide mentorship and training to develop team capabilities.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline operations, lead lean/six sigma initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Compliance: Ensure operations adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintain appropriate documentation and certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of operations experience with at least 3 years in a management role.
  • Experience in electronics manufacturing or IT hardware production preferred.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and operations management software.
  • Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is a plus.
