Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will involve working closely with clients and cross-functional teams to define business requirements and design technology solutions.

  • This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about business analysis, process improvement, and project management. You will work on various projects, collaborate with different departments, and influence our clients' decision-making processes.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for conducting in-depth discussions with clients to understand their business, processes, and services. You will forge strong stakeholder relationships, guiding them to optimize business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct requirement elicitation meetings to ensure consensus

  • Partner with the Design team to prepare user research

  • Collaborate with solutions architects to analyze and document business requirements

  • Work with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and design technology solutions

  • Lead SCRUM meetings, such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, and estimation

  • Create and decompose Technical Requirements Documents (TRDs) into actionable user stories

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT, with a minimum of 3 years as an analyst

  • Good knowledge of business analysis best practices and ability to effectively apply them

  • Ability to analyze complex information and synthesize it in concise product requirements

  • Familiarity with requirement tracking tools, such as JIRA or Trello

  • Experience in diagramming tools, like Lucidchart or Visio

  • Agile methodology expertise

  • Ability to identify risks and communicate them

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to assert themselves in meetings, both internally and with clients
