Teltonika Networks is a leading manufacturer of IoT solutions with offices in 19 countries and over 2,300 employees worldwide. We have been actively expanding our presence in LATAM since 2018 and are now looking for a talented Sales Team Leader to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team in Sao Paulo. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for executing strategic plans to reach sales targets and expanding our customer base. You will also direct and manage the performance and development of your team, providing training and counseling to ensure targets are met.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of leadership experience, a proven track record of sales achievements, and experience in building and motivating sales teams. You will be results-focused, organized, and have good communication and negotiation skills. Additionally, you will have experience with internal systems and be able to analyze information and make decisions independently.
