Are you passionate about delivering exceptional results? We're seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This is an on-call position that requires flexibility to respond to urgent issues outside of regular work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll perform maintenance work orders and necessary documentation in a timely and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fixture replacement, electrical inspections, and water leak repairs.
  • Support on-site technicians with repairs or turns of vacant units, ensuring high-quality service and minimal disruption to residents.
  • Respond, monitor, and communicate the progress of service work orders, providing updates to stakeholders as needed.
  • Effectively communicate with residents, staff, supervisors, vendors, etc. verbally and in writing, fostering strong relationships and resolving conflicts.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma, or GED equivalent, and relevant experience in a maintenance or handyman role.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity, with a focus on problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and customer satisfaction.
  • CAMT Certification and/or other maintenance credential preferred, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field.
  • A curious and coachable individual who is patient, action-oriented, and accountable, with a strong work ethic and ability to prioritize effectively.
