Project Coordinator

This role focuses on supporting the management and execution of strategic initiatives with a strong emphasis on technology and information systems.

About This Job

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, preferably within technology environments. They should be proficient in Agile methodologies and related frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive results through structured methodologies and a hands-on approach.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of medium to high-complexity projects ensuring timely delivery within scope.
  • Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in standardizing and continuously improving project methodologies, processes, and tools.
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess proven experience in project coordination, preferably within technology environments. They should have hands-on experience working with both traditional methodologies and Agile frameworks, proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Trello, and advanced English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Familiarity with IT Governance

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of IT Governance principles and frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL, familiarity with the structure and operations of a Project Management Office (PMO), and a strong grasp of the Information Systems development lifecycle.

Additional Skills

In addition to the above requirements, the candidate should have basic knowledge of ERP systems including key modules, proficiency in Agile methodologies and related frameworks, and advanced English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
