Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Director to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for developing and evolving scalable design systems and templates that enable our creative team to work efficiently without compromising brand consistency.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital design, conversion-focused layouts, and storytelling. This expertise will ensure our brand remains fresh and relevant in a rapidly changing market.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable design systems and templates
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices
  • Lead by example and mentor junior designers

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Senior Designer
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and responsive design principles
  • A deep understanding of hierarchy, spacing, typography, and UX principles
