About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Google Inc. in a Black Community Inclusion role. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategies with clients, leading cross-functional teams for collaboration, and driving regional/industry growth through C-level relationship building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute long-term strategies with clients, leading cross-functional teams for collaboration.
  • Drive regional/industry growth through C-level relationship building.
  • Manage a team and collaborate with regional sales to aim existing and new clients, fostering strong relationships.
  • Prove and improve the value of media investments.
  • Deliver business insights, analytics, experimentation, and advanced measurement methods to demonstrate and optimize business outcomes.
  • Lead regular discussions with business leadership to understand business challenges, identify patterns and trends across the industry, and evolve strategy/approach accordingly.
  • Identify scaled ways to solve common client business challenges and share best practices/client successes across the industry/sector.
