This esteemed leadership role is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of occupational health services within a country. Key responsibilities include talent development, medical compliance and regulatory management, business integration, strategic planning, maintaining union relationships, providing expert medical guidance and ensuring the delivery of high-quality occupational health services.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership to Health Center Occupational Processes – PCMSO and Case Management
- Ensure all legal requirements are in place for Brazilian Legal Compliance - PCMSO
- Recruit, interview, and hire doctors and nurses with the required skills
- Address complex staff issues effectively
- Offer expert occupational physician support to Plant Medical Directors
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) with expertise in Occupational Medicine
- Board certification in Occupational Medicine
- Valid state medical license
- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages
The ideal candidate will have experience in plant medicine and supervision, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
