Technical Support Specialist

As a Resident Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT equipment and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide on-site technical support at client locations, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues.
- Collaborate with internal support teams and clients to resolve technical problems efficiently and promptly.
- Perform physical checks and basic troubleshooting of network equipment such as switches and routers.
- Respond to and resolve basic network incidents and service requests (LAN, cabling, connectivity).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and networking principles.
- Knowledge of switches and routers (e.g., Cisco, HP, or equivalent).
- Experience with physical cabling, patch panels, and network port testing.
- Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools (e.g., ping, tracert, ipconfig).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
