About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping the future of healthcare. As an IT Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic digital capabilities that align with business priorities.
- Provide domain leadership and support the IT/Digital strategy by developing multi-year strategic digital capability roadmaps.
- Develop compelling business cases for digital investments, ensuring alignment with platform strategy and business outcomes.
- Design innovative solutions to business challenges, leveraging external trends and technology advancements.
- Bring an external view and actively maintain awareness of external drivers in the business domain and relevant technology trends.
As an IT Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include:
- Building strong partnerships with business leaders and delivering digital capabilities that support strategic goals.
- Being a thought leader and influencing strategic thinking to help business leaders integrate future digital capabilities into their plans.
- Fostering effective working relationships with business teams and taking accountability for delivering IT value propositions.
- Driving change management efforts to maximize the value of digital investments.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong business knowledge and professional presence with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to plan and implement digital capabilities strategically.
- Experience with governance operations and timely customer response.
- Expertise in IT management, project and portfolio assessment, and business case development.
- Proficiency in business process analysis and improvement.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Comfort with matrix management in delivering digital capabilities.
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry lifecycle and commercial processes.
