We're seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our global team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

About the Role:

  • Provide top-notch support to customers via live calls, addressing product functionality or technical issues, and troubleshoot systems to offer solutions within established timelines;
  • Exhibit excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, collaborating with peers, customers, and upper management;
  • Showcase logical thinking to solve a wide range of issues with varying complexity levels;
  • Demonstrate adaptability and change agility to handle daily tasks and more complex organizational changes;
  • Take ownership of situations, continuously improving processes by documenting solutions and collaborating internally;
  • Prioritize continuous learning, staying up-to-date with product knowledge and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in technology or business-related fields;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Customer-facing experience;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
  • Flexibility to work during some holidays and weekends based on business needs.

Key Skills:

  • Knowledge in IT areas, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, or programming (SQL, Web Applications, Webservices, HTML, HTTP, Java, JavaScript, JSON, Data Bases, XML, APIs);
  • Familiarity with Customer Service and Support for software or other Information Technology products;
  • Spanish language proficiency.
