Job Opportunity: SAP Customer Interaction Center

The Customer Interaction Center is the central point of contact for customer queries. This critical role supports customers and acts as an interface between the customer and technical support.

As a SAP iXp Intern, you will evaluate how customer technical issues impact daily business processes, manage customer expectations according to established procedures, engage stakeholders to resolve critical customer cases effectively and timely, assist customers with software download, User ID, license keys, proactively assist customers in navigating the SAP support portal, deliver information sessions to customers, internal colleagues, and SAP partners, and manage critical customer escalations to final resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate how customer technical issues affect business operations;
  • Manage customer expectations and outcomes;
  • Engage stakeholders to resolve complex customer cases;
  • Provide assistance with software access and other customer needs;
  • Assist customers in utilizing SAP support resources;
  • Deliver educational sessions to various audiences;
  • Manage critical customer escalations to resolution;
  • Participate in weekend and holiday support activities.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Systems, IT Management, Business Administration, or related field;
  • Fluent English communication skills;
  • Intermediate Spanish language skills (optional);
  • SAP product knowledge and experience desirable;
  • Business process understanding highly beneficial;
  • Excellent customer focus and communication skills;
  • Flexible and mature approach to team-based work;
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Previous customer-facing work experience;
  • IT support experience highly beneficial;
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to work under pressure;
  • Self-motivated and proactive individual.
