Job Opportunity:

The role of a Content Writer for self-service content involves creating and implementing tutorials for customers and support agents, ensuring continuous improvement through feedback monitoring and producing comprehensive reports on results achieved.

This position requires capturing device screenshots, creating and updating tutorial steps, tracking sessions, visits, and ratings. The successful candidate will produce regular reports with quantitative and qualitative analyses, analyze comments and ratings to suggest improvements, and present ideas to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to develop an exceptional user experience for both customers and support agents
  • Capture technical screenshots at client offices in conjunction with the internal technical team
  • Maintain overall consistency in text styles, images, and tone, adhering to brand standards and guidelines
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts, translating various device configurations into accessible language for diverse audiences
  • Perform content adjustments and publishing tasks in collaboration with the internal technical team
  • Research industry trends by combining online sources, interviews, and studies to identify opportunities for improvement and new content creation
  • Conduct monthly analyses of comments and ratings to identify areas for existing content improvement and opportunities for new content development
  • Analyze monthly content data and create comprehensive reports with qualitative analysis of results achieved
