About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that requires strong project management skills and experience in overseeing complex data center construction projects. As a Data Center Construction Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality data centers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project management: Develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team leadership: Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver high-quality results.
  • Constructability reviews: Conduct thorough constructability reviews of electrical and mechanical system designs to identify potential issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Scope development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project scope and equipment requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Quality assurance: Oversee total project quality, including commissioning and integrated system testing, to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in data center construction management
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale construction projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
