The Business Partner will drive the organization's human capital strategy by collaborating with departments on key initiatives. The role works closely with teams to solve challenges, lead change, and provide guidance on team matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to support members throughout their lifecycle.
  • Lead investigations and resolution processes for member relations, ensuring fair and productive outcomes.
  • Drive performance management by coaching leaders on feedback practices and accountability measures.
  • Support job design and organizational planning to help leaders clarify roles and plan for future staffing needs.
  • Execute programs in collaboration with internal partners to ensure alignment within the strategic plan.
  • Analyze data and KPIs to guide decision-making and recommend improvements.
  • Promote company culture through engagement initiatives, events, and inclusive workplace programs.
  • Coach leaders through change management efforts, focusing on communication and team member experience.
  • Lead projects or contribute to enterprise initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least one year of supervisory/management experience.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
  • Ability to influence and coach leaders.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities.
