About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Project Portfolio Manager to oversee the strategic alignment of all projects within our organization, focusing on the food and beverage industry.

This role ensures a structured approach to project portfolio management, prioritizing operational efficiency by optimizing project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to maximize value and achieve business objectives.

As a Project Portfolio Manager, you will facilitate effective communication to execute the long-term strategic plan while leveraging industry best practices to maintain a balanced project portfolio that responds adeptly to changing market dynamics.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Prioritize projects based on strategic value, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
  • Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Evaluate project performance and potential value creation, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Monitor and enhance financial performance by ensuring projects contribute positively to the organization's financial health.
  • Manage resources efficiently to maximize return on investment.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in project or portfolio management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Fluency in English, enabling effective communication in diverse geographical locations and multicultural teams.
