Key Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking an accomplished Competition Lawyer to craft and execute strategies to identify, evaluate, and manage competition and antitrust risks.
  • The ideal candidate will provide specialized legal advice on competition issues, including mergers and acquisitions, business practices, strategic partnerships, and regulatory investigations.
  • You will monitor and interpret changes in competition laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation.
  • Collaboration with internal teams, including Commercial and Operations departments, is essential to ensure legal and ethical business practices.
  • Conducting internal training on competition laws and antitrust practices for employees and leadership teams is a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

  • A Law degree with a specialization in Competition Law, Corporate Law, or related fields is required.
  • Active registration with the Bar Association is necessary.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in legal positions, focusing on competition and antitrust, is required.
  • Deep knowledge of competition laws and regulations, including international legislation, is essential.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
  • Effective communication skills are also required.
  • Experience in corporate environments or large law firms is preferred.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
