Position Description

Role: Sourcer responsible for launching hiring campaigns, building candidate pipelines, polishing resumes, screening candidates, juggling multiple roles, and closing partnerships with recruiters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Launch campaigns across various platforms to attract potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through cold calling and engagement.
  • Format candidate resumes to align with company templates and guidelines.
  • Assess qualifications for open positions through prescreening.
  • Manage 3-7 open positions simultaneously across diverse markets.
  • Closely collaborate with recruiters throughout the interview process.
Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Educational Background: Associates or Bachelor's degree required.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional English reading and writing skills necessary.
  • Career Development Program: 4 months training program for career advancement (up to R$5k base salary).
