Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Research Engineering Lead, your contributions will include:
1. Technical Leadership: Guide and mentor engineers to refine methodologies and advance our technology stack.
2. Team Management: Oversee a small group of software engineers, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
3. Development and Delivery: Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions through modern practices.
4. Scalable ML Solutions: Design and implement extensive data processing pipelines to facilitate the development and training of innovative machine learning algorithms.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, particularly in machine learning and natural language processing.
- Proven experience in leading technical projects within a software engineering context.
- Strong expertise in Python and familiarity with additional programming languages.
- A solid understanding of machine learning techniques and their integration into systems.
- Proficiency in the Python data science ecosystem, including libraries such as Numpy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- A commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and familiarity with DevOps practices.
- An eagerness to learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
