Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated professional to join our dynamic marketing team in Brazil, specifically in São Paulo, to assist with our campaigns and event management efforts focused on AI and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the logistics and operational aspects of marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns in alignment with SAS's strategic marketing goals for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement plans for venue support, equipment setup, catering, speaker management, and the production and distribution of promotional materials for both SAS-hosted and third-party events.
- Evaluate data to derive insights that inform decisions regarding current and upcoming events/projects, ensuring effectiveness and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to facilitate the successful execution of events and projects.
- Monitor project budgets to ensure adherence to financial guidelines, striving to optimize costs while maximizing efficiency.
- Master the tools and systems that support marketing processes and campaign execution.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or business management.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills; adept at thriving in a fast-paced, client-focused environment; capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively; strong decision-making and project management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- A combination of education, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of the above qualifications.
