Key Account Manager

We are seeking a strategic business partner to serve as the main point of contact for our major clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty, analyzing client needs, managing and resolving requests efficiently, and proactively monitoring client relationships.

Job Summary:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to key clients;
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions;
  • Manage and resolve client requests promptly;
  • Proactively monitor clients to identify improvement opportunities and anticipate issues;
  • Track performance reports and data, analyze and suggest improvements;
  • Collaborate internally to deliver comprehensive solutions;
  • Stay updated on industry trends and enhance skills.

Requirements:

  • Complete higher education in Business Administration or Marketing;
  • Proven experience in account management within an agency;
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Excellent communication abilities;
  • Solid knowledge of marketing principles;
  • Proactivity, organization, and prioritization skills;
  • Availability to visit clients regularly.
