About the Role: We are seeking an experienced facilitation expert to join our team. As a Learning & Development Coach, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs to support leader development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate instructor-led trainings (in-person and remote) to deliver informative content and engaging learning experiences.
  • Upskill, train, coach, and provide feedback to business presenters to ensure they can deliver high-quality training.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess, understand, and provide support towards leadership development training programs.
  • Identify, scope, and deliver individual and team-based projects to address the changing needs of the business and customers.
  • Analyze data, feedback, and results of training to assess competency gain and provide updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, education, instructional design, or organizational development.
  • Experience in classroom facilitation, with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills to present to large audiences.
  • Experience formulating and implementing training strategies, methodologies, and procedures for standardization and delivery throughout a large organization.
  • English and Spanish proficiency, both written and oral.

Note: This is a remote role, and the candidate will be based in Brazil. The candidate must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
