About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at LivaNova. As a key member of our Brazil Team, you will be responsible for providing in-house and field-based clinical and technical training/support for medical devices in the Neuromodulation therapeutic area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide surgical case coverage, follow-up support, and troubleshooting for assigned LivaNova products.
  • Conduct patient in-services for products and develop, implement, and manage product and system training for commercial personnel.
  • Identify, strategize, and implement ongoing training needs and represent LivaNova during surgeries, implants, and device programming.
  • Demonstrate expertise in all aspects of implanted medical devices and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Provide support and follow-ups in hospitals and clinics, as specified in study protocols or through commercialization efforts.
  • Build professional and technical knowledge by engaging with customers, attending scientific conferences, educational workshops, delivering presentations, and reviewing professional publications.
  • Educate and train LivaNova personnel on technical and clinical matters relating to LivaNova products.
  • Maintain open, effective communication with all LivaNova functions, including Regulatory Assurance, Quality Assurance, and Product Development, as well as with employees.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to instruct/coach others on use of products and clinical applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Effective problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure.
  • Solid MS Office skills, including PowerPoint.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field. Healthcare/Clinical experience. Advanced degree in health sciences or engineering preferred.

Fluent English is a must.

+10 years of experience in Medical Devices. Proven experience in Clinical, Product, or related fields. Commercial experience is desirable.
