Job Role

The Marketing Analyst will play a key role in developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing activities.

This includes identifying new business opportunities, generating revenue, improving profitability, and helping the business grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and produce marketing materials with local or regional suppliers to execute orders and campaigns efficiently.
  • Implement and execute marketing campaigns through various delivery mechanisms, including events, email, webinars, social media, and live streaming.
  • Support the social media strategy by reviewing content plans to increase customer engagement and position the company.
  • Manage suppliers for internal requests, such as merchandising, catering, and events, while optimizing performance.
  • Record leads generated from marketing activities in CRM to track follow-up and results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Partner Specialists and BDMs to obtain investment for co-branding and co-funding activities.
  • Collect information on POEs to collect funds as agreed with vendors or distributors.
  • Keep records of marketing activities, including metrics, ROI, insights, and recommendations for action plans.
Profile Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • English: Intermediate level.
  • Spanish: Conversational level.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Proven analytical skills to assess opportunities and make decisions on ROI/advantages.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
  • Data-driven.
  • Ability to balance strategic focus and operational tasks.
  • Results-oriented.
  • Proactive with a positive attitude.
Experience Needed
  • +4 years' experience in B2B marketing.
  • Technology industry experience working with corporate partners to develop co-marketing initiatives.
