Transportation Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a Transportation Visionary to shape sustainable transportation solutions for the future. This role involves leveraging expertise to drive innovation and collaboration in shaping next-gen technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital services, at least five years of UX and/or service design experience, and a solid understanding of design processes and toolboxes. They should be driven to improve their skills through experimentation and learning from success cases.
The selected individual will lead end-to-end design projects, set objectives based on user and business value, gather insights, facilitate workshops, and test concepts early and often. They will explore various methods and tools to craft brand-relevant experiences, translating concepts into user flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and rapid prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
This position requires strong communication skills, including the ability to present and articulate design decisions to both designers and non-designers. Familiarity with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is essential.
In this role, you will contribute to establishing the design organization, sharing best practices and success stories, and exploring new ways of working with design colleagues and the broader organization.

- Determine information architecture and create site maps.
