The Technical Consultant role involves providing technical support in the field to clients by implementing strategies defined by senior leadership to increase customer satisfaction with our services, contributing to market share growth and equipment availability for clients.

The role also supports other business areas when technical assistance is requested for general events.

Key Requirements:

  • Completed technical course in Electronics, Electromechanics or Mechanics
  • Experience in providing technical support to medical clients in the field
  • Techincal knowledge in repairing medical equipment
  • Desirable: Intermediate English
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to travel
  • D Class Driver's License
