We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to drive External Fulfillment CX initiatives in Latam. The successful candidate will be responsible for increasing adoption and awareness of our program while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer-centric strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across touchpoints
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance customer service skills
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Fluent English language skills (speaking, writing, reading)
- Experience in payments or e-commerce
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for driving External Fulfillment CX initiatives in Latam, increasing adoption and awareness of our program while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
You will lead a team of customer-facing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across touchpoints. You will analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and design and deliver training programs to enhance customer service skills.
To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, fluent English language skills (speaking, writing, reading), experience in payments or e-commerce, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
