Reliability Manager Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled TPM Reliability Manager to lead the implementation of Equipment & Facility Ownership standards and drive maintenance excellence across our LATAM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver coaching and training in core TPM principles, including Autonomous Maintenance, 6S, and Centerlining.
  • Lead initiatives in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, Breakdown Analysis, CMMS, and Spares Optimization.
  • Support the deployment of PEAK PACS (Processes, Applications, Capabilities, Systems) across LATAM.
  • Develop and execute Master Deployment Plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops, kaizen events, and capability-building sessions.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to site teams, from operators to senior leaders.
  • Ensure alignment between reliability initiatives and business performance metrics.
  • Build and mentor local PACS teams to sustain excellence.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in TPM, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Proven background in coaching, training, and influencing large and multilevel teams.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Regional experience across LATAM countries.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
  • Comfortable in a support-focused role centered on capability building.
  • Availability up to 75% travel across LATAM and North America.
  • USA VISA available for travel.
