Job Title: Senior Finance Manager, Manufacturing & Material

Overview:

This is a senior finance role that oversees financial planning, analysis, and management for the manufacturing and material division. The ideal candidate will have experience in data engineering and analytics tools, as well as project management and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial models to drive business decisions
  • Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
  • Provide financial guidance and support to manufacturing and material teams
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to inform business strategy
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in data engineering and analytic tools like Alteryx, Aecorsoft, Collibra, Talend, and Tableau
  • 7+ years of experience in design, development, and end-to-end delivery of data transformation, digitalization, and visualization projects
  • Experience in Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, & Power BI
  • Experience in SAP Finance and Controlling is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
