Business Data Insights Specialist

The key objective of this role is to serve as a critical link between data and business operations, driving process efficiencies through data-driven insights. Key duties include acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical experts, documenting and analyzing business processes and technical requirements, and assessing data sources.
Core Responsibilities- Evaluate business processes to identify areas for improvement, optimize workflows, and streamline data flow.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success.
- Lead reviews of business processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Document and communicate results effectively to stakeholders.
- Oversee all reporting elements related to marketing, sales, and operations, ensuring seamless integration of data insights into business decisions.
- Extract, transform, and summarize data to create reports, narratives, and presentations that inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with other analysts and database developers to achieve common goals.
- Minimum of 3 years' work experience, preferably 5 years or more.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL tools, ideally 3-4 years.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Advanced analytical skills, knowledge of reporting processes, and systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced English language skills.
