Suitable for a skilled engineer, Sweden offers high standards of living and professional opportunities. To bridge the shortage of about 30,000 engineers by 2030, we seek to fill approximately 200 open positions for software engineers.

Job Role

A senior headhunter will identify suitable candidates who are ready to take on the adventure of moving to Sweden. The successful candidate will collaborate with a global team of recruiters and executive management in Sweden to find engineers who can adapt to the benefits of living and working in Sweden. Building trust with candidates is crucial due to the significant impact relocation has on their lives. We provide comprehensive support through our Swedish delivery management team, handling visa, work permits, tickets, housing arrangements, and other practical matters related to relocation.

Our clients primarily operate in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development. This diverse portfolio ensures that the role presents exciting challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact in various sectors.


Collaboration and Teamwork

As part of a collaborative and dynamic team, you will plan and execute projects with colleagues from around the world, including Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam. Required Competence
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment within the IT sector or similar technical experience.
  • Established networks of local engineering talent in the IT field.
  • Exceptional service orientation, flexibility, and analytical skills.
  • High-quality awareness and excellent communication skills.
  • Interest or knowledge of headhunting principles and IT outstaffing/outsourcing practices.
  • Upper intermediate English proficiency.
  • Basic understanding of contemporary IT technologies and methods, as well as the ability to quickly learn key concepts.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to close recruitment requests effectively.
  • Self-confidence, social skills, motivation, and a strong sense of self-motivation.
  • Stamina and perseverance, with the capacity to handle rejection and persist in achieving goals.
  • Passion for success and a balanced approach to work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsiveness, accountability, and a representative appearance.

Extent & Duration

Full-time contract as a Private Entrepreneur, minimum 12 months, with eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday. Overtime compensation at 1:1 in flex time.


Location & Compensation

Remote work arrangement from home or a co-location center of your choice, with a competitive remuneration package starting at 1200 USD plus fees and taxes.
