Test Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Automation Specialist to support our sales team in engaging with partners.

  1. Provide technical support to partner managers, addressing all technical and Tosca-related matters.
  2. Collaborate closely with partners and customers to understand their automation needs and challenges.
  3. Develop and deliver Tricentis product presentations and demos to partners and clients.
  4. Coordinate strategic account meetings with partners, providing demos and sales alignment.
  5. Offer support during pilots, incidents, and research the best solutions.
  6. Enable partners on Tricentis products and sales positioning through demos, workshops, and technical training.
  7. Evangelize Tricentis test products, best practices, and implementation strategies.
  8. Document and share technical solutions that prove business value.
  9. Establish trusted relationships with partner and customer technical constituents, winning key stakeholders' mindshare.
  10. Assist in discovering and establishing pilot requirements, scope, and success criteria.
  11. Communicate effectively and provide detailed technical messaging.
  12. Represent Tricentis professionally, passionately, and enthusiastically.

Key Skills:

  1. Strong QA experience, particularly in test automation over core systems, and experience with test management and/or performance testing.
  2. Effective communication, identifying prospective requirements, and tailoring presentations and/or demos to meet those needs.
  3. Understanding of IT systems, familiarity with how IT departments are organized in large corporations, and comfort discussing architecture, benefits, and implementation hurdles.
  4. Relationship-building, establishing rapport, trust, and credibility with partners through virtual communication channels.
  5. Problem-solving, thinking critically and creatively to overcome challenges, address customer objections, and find solutions that meet opportunity and company needs.
  6. Self-motivation, discipline, time management, balancing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision.
  7. Productivity tools and systems, comfortable using digital tools like CRM software, video conferencing platforms, and project management tools.
