The role of a Senior Solutions Consultant is to present product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in company's technology infrastructure, and to remove all technical objections in the sales cycle.
- Understand customer needs and establish product as the best solution that solves their challenges.
- Build and present customized demos of products.
- Convey deep knowledge of customer technology as it pertains to our solutions.
- Participate in relevant product, sales, and procedural trainings and certifications to acquire and maintain necessary knowledge.
- Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
- Ability to travel based on territory alignment and region.
- 5+ years of experience at Solution Engineer/Pre-sales Engineer/Customer Success or similar roles.
- Solid presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.
- Knowledge of related applications, relational database, and web technology.
