  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  3. Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and industry partners.
  4. Business Development and Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential partners, clients, and investors to expand our customer base and revenue streams.
  5. Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, including recruiting, training, and motivating staff members to achieve business targets.
