Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead technology projects from initiation through go-live. This will include internal initiatives and external client implementations.

The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of project management experience in IT, CRM, or systems integration, with a proven track record of leading at least two full-cycle implementation projects as a project manager.

Certification is required: PMP, CAPM, or ITIL. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong English proficiency, are also essential.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Monday.com is necessary. Experience working with U.S.-based clients or teams, familiarity with healthcare, government, or aerospace environments, and understanding of Agile or hybrid delivery methods are preferred.

  • Lead technology projects from initiation through go-live.
  • Build and manage project plans, timelines, tasks, budgets, and dependencies.
  • Act as the central point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring alignment and project momentum.
  • Track and report progress, manage risks, and escalate blockers as needed.
  • Oversee implementations involving Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Monday.com, including complex integrations and data migrations.

Working Hours and Location

This is a full-time opportunity that can be worked remotely from Latin America.
