About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and HRIS Analyst to join our team at Planet Smart City. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the administration and analysis of our compensation programs and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).

Key Responsibilities

Compensation:

  • Develop and implement compensation programs, including salary structures and incentive plans.
  • Conduct job evaluations, salary surveys, and market analyses to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management to support decision-making.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of executive and employee compensation programs.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

HRIS:

  • Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Serve as the point of contact for HRIS-related issues, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
  • Develop and generate HRIS reports and analytics to support HR initiatives and business objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Train HR staff and other stakeholders on the effective use of HRIS.
Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis and HRIS management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics.
