Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team in Rio de Janeiro. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and control of operations within our Business Unit.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to carry out logistics, receiving, shipping, inventory control, product storage, and distribution activities.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Promote business sustainability through innovation and adherence to corporate guidelines.
  • Oversee all processes related to Logistics, Maintenance, and Purchasing/Procurement.
  • Ensure the safety and security of operations by maintaining proper PPE use and equipment maintenance.
  • Monitor operating costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics operations with at least 2 years of proven leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to foster cross-functional relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and integrated business management systems (ERP).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
